WHO'LL BE INTERESTED IN THIS SHOW? If you ARE someone who'd like to own an original Patrick Ching Oil Painting keep a close eye on this first of a kind art show auction. If you KNOW Someone who'd likes original art at great prices please log on to this site for updates. If you just want to see these paintings in progress, please check in regularly.
WHAT KIND OF PAINTINGS? These large 36"x48" paintings will be realistically painted yet appear powerfully abstract, focusing on sections of the sea. Some will have creatures, or reef, or maybe just water. They won't be the tightly detailed paintings you may know me by. I won't give myself time to worry about the small stuff. I'll just get right to the REAL ART. As I finalize the subject matter for the ten paintings, I'll be posting pictures and descriptions here.
The paintings in the Kai exhibit will be perfect for creating a mood of tranquility in common areas and lobbies of hotels, businesses or exquisite homes. The work will be of special interest to interior designers as they will available as reproductions on canvas or wallpaper in various sizes.
WHEN CAN WE SEE THE PAINTINGS? The final paintings will be viewable on the icollector.com auction site. Some are completed and viewable now!
Kauai people are invited to attend the reception at Princeville Center next to the Wine Shop. All others can see it on live streaming video. The progress of the art can be followed here, all the way till the end of the show on March 23. You can check on the show via live internet, recorded video and photographs. Watch it come together!
HOW WILL THE BIDDING TAKE PLACE? We are holding the continuous auction that ends on March 23 at 8:30 pm.
All Bidding will be done by internet, even by those at the reception via personal phones or in house computers. Our staff will be there to assist.
The bidding will be visible on an internet monitor. To keep things rolling Patrick Ching will include a FREE gicle'e ($97 value) as a bonus for each up bid of $250. The bidding will end at the Final Reception on March 23 at 8:30pm.

Also Premiering the Tropical Originals of Evelin Kekesi
This will be the premier show by Hungarian born artist Evelin Kekesi. These attractively priced original paintings will enhance the tropical mood of any home or business.
See why Patrick Ching considers Evelin Kekesi one of Kauai's most talented artists.
Who Is EVELIN KEKESI? Born and raised in Hungary Evelin Kekesi showed artistic prowess at an early age through her drawings on her family's cabin walls.
She attended a high school in Budapest that specialized in artistic expression, where she acquired a certificate of fine arts.
Upon graduating she moved to the USA. She resided in New York then eventually moved to California and became a prolific muralist and fine artist working in many private homes and estates across the continent.
In 2010 Evelin came to Kauai where she created her art with the tropical flavor she always admired. Her vast experience with diverse mediums and techniques enables her to create exquisitely Blissful Interiors from start to finish.
